Today I did the following:

Body weight (bw) x 10
(bw + 10 lbs) x 10 (this means I added 10 lbs to my body and did 10 chin-up repetitions)
(bw + 35 lbs) x 10
(bw + 35 lbs) x 10
(bw + 45 lbs) x 10
(bw + 45 lbs) x 10
(bw + 45 lbs) x 10


Barbell Overhead Press
75 lbs x 10 repetition
95 x 10
135 x 5
135 x 5
135 x 5
135 x 5
135 x 5

For the above exercises, I alternated between the chin-ups and the barbell overhead presses. In other words, I’d do one set of chin-ups followed by a set of overhead presses.  Then another set of chin-ups followed by another set of overhead presses.  And on and on, until I had done what’s listed above.

After doing the above exercises, I then burned 151 calories on the rowing machine.

Next, I ate some burritos.

Finally, I washed up, brushed my teeth, and went to bed.
