15 Steps to Sexiness

Want to be a magnet? Consistently take these 15 actions and you’ll find yourself in the rarefied air of those with fantastic bodies:
1. Exchange whole wheat bread for white bread
2. Exchange long grain brown rice for white rice
3. Use low fat or no fat dairy products (e.g. milk, cheese, ice cream, etc.)
4. Remove skin from any chicken you eat
5. Forgo sodas
6. Drink 8 or more cups of water per day (10 cups is a good mark to shoot for)
7. Avoid fried food (fried chicken, french fries, onion rings, etc.)
8. Eat 4 or more fruits per day (apples, oranges, pears)
9. Eat 4 or more servings of vegetables per day, especially green veggies
10. Take a tablespoon of flaxseed oil or Udo’s Choice oil blend each day
11. Walk up stairs instead of taking the elevator when it’s at all practical to do so
12. When parking at a store or office building, park a long way away so that your walk to the building is lengthy
13. Do somewhere between 20 and 45 minutes of cardiovascular exercise at least 3 times per week
14. Lift weights so that each major muscle group is exercised once or twice per week
15. Fix your own lunch and carry it to work with you rather than eating out for lunch
There ya go. 15 actions that will have you shedding fat, gaining muscle, and looking good.

Good advice and easy to follow. I would change two things…no bread and no dairy but realize that most Americans will not go all the way with what is best for them. I would also recommend going organic. Seems like most people are full of excuses when it comes to eating right and exercising.

I’m with Pam on this one. Many of us, like myself, where I and we fall off the wagon with consistency. Having a personal trainer, and even the appointment with the PT or at least a work out partner help.
It’s like the Grief and Bereavement counseling work I do. One, people don’t have the tools and need help. And then they need the structure and system with an educated and certified partner (me) for them to actually DO all the steps.
