Folks, I apologize for this, but I’m still working on getting this new site into a fully functional status.  Health expert, Katie, was kind enough to mention an issue with the comment boxes, and my focus is on getting that straightened out.  While that issue is being worked on, the comment boxes themselves are unavailable.  Hopefully all will be in working order within a day.  We’ll see.  In the meantime, be fit and healthy! Today’s post will be lightening quick! Did you know that yesterday was the 13th annual Family Fitness Day?  I didn’t; at least not until Dating Expert Extraordinaire, April Braswell, brought it to my attention.  Of course, any day is a good day to enjoy fun activities with family and/or friends.  Walking together, badminton, riding bikes, or games of tag with the kids (or adults) can be a blast, AND are great ways to get in a little physical activity.  What kind of outdoor activities do you enjoy?
