I’m working with a guy on fat loss right now.  He’s very disciplined with his workouts and he is mostly disciplined with his eating.  However, that “mostly” disciplined eating may be torpedoing his efforts.  You might ask, what makes his eating “mostly” disciplined?  The answer is: occasional “snacks”. Have you noticed that in every fitness product commercial all of the people working out are smiling?  Whether the product is a super-amazing-ab-toner-thingy, an incredibly-fantastic-fat-melter program/device, or a tremendously-wonderful-all-in-one body toner machine that will fit under your bed when you’re not using it, all of the people using these devices/programs in commercials have toothy grins on display while using them.
