What’s one of the best motivational tools available that will keep you working out regularly? A friend! My brother brought this to my attention — Herschel Walker’s mixed martial arts debut.  This guy is awesome!  He’s 47 years old.  He’s in tremendous condition, and he shows what is possible with focus, hard work, and determination.  Now, all of us aren’t world-class athletes like Herschel, but all of us can be in great condition past 40!  Check out Herschel in the following clip.  Also, check the physique from minutes 1:13 to 1:23.
