Be strong!

If you are committed to your exercise program and you exercise regularly, you will become physically stronger. Physical strength will make every physical activity you engage in easier to do. So, resistance train, and Be Strong.
If you commit to your exercise and your healthy eating and you don’t waiver; if you keep your mind focused on the fitness goal you want to attain and you don’t let anything or anybody throw you off course, you will increase the strength of your willpower and your character. So, exercise, eat right, stay committed, and Be Strong.
If you go from overweight and/or flabby to toned, fit, and trim, you will have accomplished a great achievement — one that will make you look better; feel better both physically and mentally; and be better health-wise, character-wise, confidence-wise. You will reap the rewards gained only by people that work hard and achieve a difficult goal. You will KNOW that you can do difficult things and that you can climb mountains if you put your mind to it….and you will be right. You will be a Stronger Person. Keep at your fitness. Keep eating right. Day after day, week after week, month after month, you are getting stronger. BE STRONG!
