		<description>It is scary.  Most of my friends are overweight.  As a matter of fact, I am the thinnest one of all my friends who are about my age. Look at a muscle magazine from the 70&#039;s and you&#039;ll see tht they used to be about 70% content &amp; 30% advertising.  But nowadays they seem to be the exact opposite of that.
