Still Working Out the Kinks

Folks, I apologize for this, but I’m still working on getting this new site into a fully functional status. Health expert, Katie, was kind enough to mention an issue with the comment boxes, and my focus is on getting that straightened out. While that issue is being worked on, the comment boxes themselves are unavailable. Hopefully all will be in working order within a day. We’ll see. In the meantime, be fit and healthy!

Thanks, Kate. That picture was taken about 3 and a half to 4 years ago. I went back and forth on whether or not to use it because I was (and still am a bit) concerned about the image it would project. I want to project a professional image. At the same time however, I want to be seen as someone that has actually had success getting into good shape. I’m targeting working men, and I’ve found that guys in the workplace want to be slim, and they wouldn’t mind having some muscle as well. I may change the photo later, but will leave it up, at least in the short term.
